For all business transactions the terms and conditions of 3RWorks apply. These are accepted by the purchaser at the time an order is being placed.

The program

We are proud to present the 3RWorks program at this website. This page will be regularly updated .

Orders, Opportunities of purchase

3RWorks models and kits are available only by direct orders from the 3RWorks. Deliveries to customers are via mail or courier services.

Pricing

All prices listed on this web site are stated NET before taxes and INCLUDING GERMAN SALES TAX. Sales Tax will be valid for EC residents only. All prices released before the last update are invalid. All prices subject to change without notice. Shipping costs need to be added to article prices.

Payments

Established customers receive an invoice. Should payments be delayed, additional orders will have to be pre-paid. Invoices have to be paid in full within 14 days by means of bank transfer or bank draft in German funds. Overseas payments are to be sent via airmail and with a bank draft in German funds. All articles remain the property of 3RWorks until payments are received in full.

3RWorks accepts payments via PayPal.

Faults

Genuine faults which results from manufacturing are repaired at no cost. The manufacturer reserves the right to decide about adjustments or replacements. Complaints about faults do not entitle the customer to refuse payments. Damage wich occurs due to careless handling are excluded from complaints. Damage wich occurs due to careless shipping and damaged packaging are to be reported by the customer to the responsible shipping agent, i.e. postal service or courier service.

Return of goods

An article can be returned 14 days after receipt, should the customers dislike it and as long it is not damaged. Articles already paid for will be reimbursed or, should the customer wish, credited.
